Since the changes implemented by Instagram on April 4 it is no longer possible to aggregate content from all public Instagram User accounts using the Instagram User Term type on Nosto.

If however the user account you wish to aggregate from is an Instagram Business Account, and you have connected an Instagram Business Account token to your Stack, you can leverage the Instagram Business Term type to bring in this content.

To do this, simply navigate to Discover > Terms > New Term and select the Instagram icon from the list of Networks.

From here, type in the name of the Business User, and be sure to select the Business Posts option from the Users/Mentions tab.

Note: If you have not yet connected to an Instagram Business Account, you will be prompted to do so before proceeding.

Once selected you can follow the steps of Creating a New Term, and once Saved, Nosto will start to ingest content from the Instagram Business Account page.
