You can bulk-create new product tags or update existing tags using the CSV import process.

If you would like to add multiple tags in one go simply follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Engage &gt; Commerce tab.

If you don't have any tags already created, start by creating a single Tag using the Visual UGC UI. Otherwise, skip this step.

Click Export Product Tags to download a pre-configured CSV file.

Edit the CSV file to add new products (review the available columns &amp; supported values <a href="#h_6d5a0b8246">here</a>)

Please make sure you leave the Tag ID field blank.

Select Import Product Tags &gt; Append or Update existing list

Click Choose File to locate your file

Click Submit. Your tags will then be added to your Social Commerce table in the Visual UGC UI.

Available Column Headings for your CSV file:

Tag ID. Leave this blank unless you want to update an existing tag. In that instance, you will enter the existing tag ID here.

Tag Name. Enter what you would like this tag to be named.

Tag Type. In this instance Product.

Custom Slug Name. If you would like to give the slug a name enter it here. Maximum of 50 characters.

Custom Slug Activation. Enter in 1 if you would like to activate the custom slug name.

Custom URL. If you have a custom click destination enter the full URL here e.g. <a href="http://www.example.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://www.example.com</a>

Priority. The tag priority is set to Medium as a default but you can enter a number between 1 and 5 as follows. 1 is Highest, 2 is High, 3 is Medium, 4 is Low, 5 is Lowest.

Description. A description of the product.

External Product ID. Your product ID or sku.

Image Small URL. The URL to the small-sized image.

Image Small Width. The width of the small-sized image.

Image Small Height. The height of the small-sized image.

Image Medium URL. The URL to the medium-sized image.

Image Medium Width. The width of the medium-sized image.

Image Medium Height. The height of the medium-sized image.

Visibility. Enter 1 if you would like the tag to be public or 0 if you would like it to be private.

Button Text. Enter the text you would like to appear on your ShopSpots button, this is your CTA label.

Custom URL Target. Enter _blank to open in a new tab, _self to open in the current window or _parent to open in the parent frame (if the widget is framed).

1. Tag ID. Leave this blank unless you want to update an existing tag. In that instance, you will enter the existing tag ID here.
2. Tag Name. Enter what you would like this tag to be named.
3. Tag Type. In this instance Product.
4. Custom Slug Name. If you would like to give the slug a name enter it here. Maximum of 50 characters.

Start adding these tags to your aggregated content.
