Rights Management For All Networks

While most of your audiences are likely posting great content on the most popular social networks, that’s likely not the only place they’re sharing their authentic brand experiences.

With the release of Rights Management for all networks, Stackla is now the only UGC platform to offer Rights Management workflows for all of the 25+ social networks we support.

Now, whether your customers are sharing photos, videos or written posts on Facebook, Twitch, SoundCloud or WeChat, Stackla has the tools to help you request and receive rights to that content.

Batch Rights Management Requests

Rights management is a great way to turn earned content into owned assets for your brand. But the more content you want to obtain rights for, the more burdensome that process can become.

Stackla’s Rights Management workflows are designed to save you time and effort by streamlining the process.

With our new batch processing functionality, you can now send up to 100 rights requests with a single click.

Clone Email Campaigns

Just like you can with Terms, Widgets and Event Screens, when you wish to duplicate an Email campaign you can simply 'clone' them with a single click.

Insights Reports Data Export

Love CSVs? Excel ninja?

You can now export the data from each of our Insights reports in CSV format.

Just click the "Export" link in the actions column.

A bunch of other stuff

You may have noticed the following improvements over the past couple of weeks:

  • You can now upload custom cover images (thumbnails) for Instagram videos. Click the "Actions" menu on any Instagram video Tile and select "Update Thumbnail".

  • Insights 7 Day Snapshot report now loads lightning fast. We made some improvements to how data is retrieved which has sped up the load time significantly.
