Review Customer tool allows you to check status of marketing permission of a user based on an email. Submit the email-address you want to check by inserting it to the input field and click Check.
Output can be either True, False or Unknown.
True: Customer has consented and subscribed for email marketing.
False: Customer has not consented for email marketing e.g. opted out.
Unknown: User is unknown to Nosto. This might indicate that you have not implemented marketing permission tagging yet or the user based on the email, has not logged in or bought anything yet, meaning that status of marketing permission for that individual has not been mapped to Nosto yet.
