All triggered email campaigns can be monitored via the Triggered Emails sub-category in the Nosto interface.

Once created, each campaign can be modified via the advanced settings menu. Select the target campaign you want to modify and access the advanced settings menu.

General Settings

Status of the campaign can be modified. Three status are available:

  • ACTIVE – When the campaign is active, emails are generated and sent to customers.
  • TEST – When the campaign is in test mode, emails are generated but not sent to customers.
  • DISABLED – When the campaign is disabled, emails are not generated.

Coupon codes

You can decide to attach coupon codes to an email campaign. You can learn more about the coupon codes via the dedicated guide here.
