Please check the following settings for possible reasons why a specific product is excluded from Nosto Search or Nosto Category Merchandising (Universal):

  • Check if the product has the availability Invisible or Discontinued. These products are excluded from indexing

  • Check the active out-of-stock policy if products are excluded due to their stock status

  • Check the active exclusion policy and the blacklisted products if products are excluded on this basis

  • Check your active filter rules if you have excluded products with a certain attribute from globally or from specific listings
