Huginn is Nosto’s built-in central agent—acting as the brain behind every agentic feature across the platform. It coordinates a network of purpose-built AI agents that work autonomously to expand your team’s capacity, maximize daily efficiency, and supercharge your commerce experiences.
What is Ask Huginn?
Ask Huginn is your entry point to this intelligent agent network. Available from the top navigation menu within Nosto, Ask Huginn allows you to interact with a team of specialized agents to streamline daily workflows and make data-backed decisions faster.
Note: Ask Huginn is available to all merchants, but requires your consent to use Generative AI within Nosto and acceptance of Ask Huginn T&Cs. If you haven’t done so already, you’ll be prompted to give your consent upon first use.

Ask Huginn currently supports three main agents, each focused on solving specific types of tasks:
🧾 Docs Agent
The Docs Agent helps you find instant answers to questions about how to use Nosto—no need to search through help articles manually.
Use it for questions like:

The Data Analyst Agent provides quick, actionable insights from your commerce data—saving you time on in-depth data analysis and helping you make faster decisions.

The Developer Agent is your go-to assistant for technical implementation tasks. It can help with your Nosto implementation, configurations, and basic coding for editing your templates.

Go to the top navigation menu in your Nosto dashboard.
Click Ask Huginn.
If prompted, review and provide your consent to use Generative AI features.
