Which Nosto modules are supported by Huginn's Data Analyst Agent?

Ask Huginn is Nosto’s agentic conversational assistant designed to help you accomplish a variety of tasks using specialized AI agents. One of these is the Data Analyst Agent, responsible for answering analytics-related questions about your Nosto account.

As Huginn continues to evolve, it’s important to stay informed about which modules and data sources are currently supported—and where limitations still exist.

Modules Currently Supported by the Data Analyst Agent

You can ask Huginn’s Data Analyst Agent questions related to analytics for the following modules:

These modules are fully supported (except when mentioned otherwise) and provide actionable insights when queried using Huginn.

Modules Not Yet Supported

Currently, Huginn does not support analytics questions for the following modules:

  • Onsite Content Personalization (OCP)

  • Recommendations

  • Pop-Ups

  • Search

  • Category Merchandising (CM)

  • Segments

  • Personalized Emails

  • A/B Testing for:

    • Recommendations

    • OCP

    • Search

    • Category Merchandising

  • Dynamic Bundles (except via Recommendations Analytics)

  • User-Generated Content (UGC)

  • Post-Purchase Upsell

We’re actively working to expand Huginn's capabilities, so many of these modules will be supported very soon!

Current Known Limitations

Product Catalog Queries

When asking about product catalog data, keep in mind the following limitations:

  • Fixed Time Periods Only

    Queries are limited to predefined ranges: 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days.
    If you request a different range (e.g., “past 10 days”), Huginn will automatically use the closest available option.

  • Top 5K Products Limit

    For stores with more than 5K products, Huginn analyzes only the top 5K most viewed products matching your query.

    To improve accuracy and relevance, narrow your questions by:

    • Time period

    • Product category

    • Other filters

Order Queries

When asking about order data, keep in mind the following limitations:

  • Most Recent 200K Orders Only

    If your store has more than 200K orders, Huginn will only analyze the most recent 200K orders that match your query.

    To improve accuracy and relevance, narrow your questions by:

    • Time period

    • Campaign type

    Some sample questions:

    • Timeframe

      • "Analyze all orders from the last 30 days and status='Shipped'"

    • Geography and channel

      • "Analyze orders from the United States and Canada in the last 90 days, channel = web."

      • "Compare orders from mobile app vs web for the last 60 days in the UK market."

    • Value and size

      • "Show orders over $150 in the last 60 days, including order value, items per order, and shipping cost."

      • "Analyze the top 20 SKUs by revenue in orders from the last 90 days."

    • Customer lifecycle

      • "Split orders from the last 90 days into new customers vs returning customers, and compare order value and frequency."

    • Promotions and campaigns

      • "Analyze orders from a specific campaign (e.g., 'Summer Sale') over the last 60 days."

    • Fulfillment and delivery

      • "Compare fulfillment issues (delays, partial shipments) between channels in the last 60 days."
