You can mirror Nosto Segments in Google Analytics for further Analytics or Retargeting use. 

Once you execute the synchronization of a segment within Nosto Admin Panel, Nosto reports automatically events of users who belong to the segment to Google Analytics in form of Event Category (labelled under nostoSegment) and Event Action (labelled under a unique segment identifier).
