Before attaching personalized coupons to a pop-up create a list of vouchers on your e-commerce platform or software, make sure these are valid and work and then upload them to Nosto using the coupon codes tool.

Multi-use coupon (same to all) can’t be uploaded, but simply set when creating a pop-up.

Unfortunately Nosto doesn’t know how coupons are created in your e-commerce platform or provide assistance in this process as there are hundreds if not thousands of different services, hence please refer to your software’s documentation or support.

Once personalized coupons have been created these are handed out one at a time. When a coupon pool is about to deplete or expire you will receive a notification message and again when coupons run out or expire. Expiration or running out of personalized coupons will also disable the pop-up automatically.
