Nosto’s coupon code feature and pool is intended for unique discount codes and trying to upload a pool of multi-use codes (same code to all) throws you an error while uploading.

As the multi-use code is effectively the same to all recipients, adding a multi-use code is simple and you can simply make it part of your email introduction text using email editor tools and remove it once you don’t want to hand out discount codes anymore.
