Why are newly created items not found?

Your item inventory at Findologic is retrieved and re-indexed once a day between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Items that you create, edit or remove in the meantime will therefore only be considered for the search the next day. Starting with the Professional package, it is possible to start the item comparison manually once a day. This can be found in the Findologic customer account under Settings -> Import/Export.

If you want to adjust the time of the automated data synchronisation, please contact our technical support.

If you need several imports per day, simply send your request to our sales department at beratung@findologic.com. Our staff will be happy to inform you about the possibilities.
