If items in the shop system are marked as sold out or no longer available, they will no longer be found via the FINDOLOGIC search by default, as such items are not exported. Such a change in the search results only becomes active after a new export of the data. Here, you will find more information about how often the item status is compared.

If you want to display sold out items on the search result pages, do not mark them as sold out in your shop system. To rank them at the end of search result pages, use the Bonus field, for example. If you assign a negative value to this field, the corresponding products are demoted in the ranking. The required negative value for this field to rank the products at the end of the search result page can vary from shop to shop.
