Your item inventory at Findologic is retrieved and re-indexed once a day between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
If – due to other processes – you need a different import time, please contact our technical support.
Starting with the Professional package, it is possible to trigger a manual import in the customer account under Settings -> Import/Export.
If you need several imports per day, simply send a request to our sales department.
In the Findologic customer account under Account -> Master data you can see at any time when the last import of your data was carried out at the service.
