If you are using UGC for Recommendations you can see which products have UGC and what UGC images are available for a given product directly in the Product Intelligence section.
Filter by Products with UGC
To see which products have UGC go to:
Experience.AI > Product Intelligence
Click Configure
Tick the UGC option
Click Filter
Search by UGC
Select the Has UGC Image option
This will filter the product view with only products that 1 or more pieces of user-generated images
Check with user-generated images are available for Recommendations
To see exactly which pieces of UGC are available to be used in Recs follow the steps below:
Drill-down in the product
Locate the User-Generated Content Images section
Please remember that for Nosto's UGC images to be available for Recommendations the 3 criteria below need to be met:
Have been tagged with 1 or more Products (via Shopspots or just Product Tags)
Are marked as Rights Approved or Rights Owned
Are marked as Published
