If Nosto’s analytics reports that your cart abandonment rate is 100%, most likely your order page is not tagged correctly or customers are not directed from payment service back to your site, where the order page and content is ultimately loaded. In case they return to the site, but the domain is hosted under a separate hostname such as secure.company.com, while your site is www.company.com add the order confirmation page’s hostname as an accepted domain under account settings.

In addition, if tagging on order page is not functioning properly, sales statistics are also zero.

In uncommon cases a cookie storing session and cart details for Nosto is not stored throughout the session in a browser hence carts are seemingly lost. If orders are properly reported, yet cart abandonment rate is still 100%, this could suggest an issue with cookies. Please report this to your e-commerce partner or Nosto Support.
