Merchant admins can invite new users who can access Nosto admin under menu Settings > User Management. The area is only visible to merchant admins.

Invite a user by inserting appropriate email-address and click send. This will send an invite to recipients inbox, which expires in 72 hours. Remove users by selecting them from the list and click remove.

A user has a full access to Nosto account, but only an account owner can add and remove users. The menu and feature is only enabled for a user having owner privileges for the Nosto account.

 

An account owner can also change the account ownership by making another existing user as a new owner by clicking ‘Change Owner’. Only one user can be an account manager.
