Once you have requested to claim a user's content through the Curate > Content area they will receive a notification on their respective Social Accounts.

Below are the steps that a User will see/take to hand over their Rights.

Instagram

A user will receive a notification mentioning that someone has commented on their post. This comment will display your customized claims request including the approval Hashtag.

If the user wishes to accept, they simply need to add a Comment including the Approval Hashtag for the request to be successful.

NOTE: While the approval hashtag alone will work to flag your Rights Requested content as Approved, we strongly suggest asking your users to reply to your rights request with both the approval hashtag and the @mention of your official handle. Doing this will help to prevent any content from being flagged as Approved when your users proactively use your approval hashtag on a post.

Twitter

A user will receive a notification mentioning that someone has replied to their Tweet. This Tweet will contain your customized claims request including the Approval Hashtag.

If the user wishes to accept, they simply need to Reply including the Approval Hashtag for the request to be successful.
