Sometimes you may find that a particular content creator's posts are not relevant to your campaign's needs.

When this happens you may wish to remove their account from the list so that the system stops their posts from appearing in your Stack. There are two ways of blocking a user's content from being ingested into your Stackla.

Block at a Term Level

If you happen to know the Twitter or Instagram Term that is currently Aggregating the respective content, you can add this user's handle to a Blacklist.

To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to Aggregate > Manage Terms

  2. Locate the Term and Select Edit

  3. Click on the Advanced Tab

  4. Add the respective User Name under the Blacklist section

Block from Content Management

Alternatively, if you simply wish to remove this content from within your Stack and block it from within the Manage Content Screen.

To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to Curate > Manage Content

  2. Locate a post from the Content Creator that you wish to Ban

  3. Click on the More Actions button, and select Inappropriate Content from the overflow menu

From here you will be presented with a Modal to Remove the Content and/or Ban the User
