There will be times when Nosto may Identify an Advocate whom you do not wish to be part of your Community, or when an Advocate connects to your Community to whom you no longer want to be a connected member.

In these scenarios, a brand may wish to Remove an Advocate. Removing an Advocate can be done on either an individual or batch basis.

To remove a single Advocate simply select the Action Menu (...) next to their profile on the Community Listing page and select Remove Advocate.

To remove multiple Advocates at a time, click the checkbox next to the Advocates you wish to remove. This will load the Batch Action menu where you can batch select to Remove multiple Advocates.

Advocates who are Removed will not be able to Connect to the Advocate Community. They also will not be Identified or Recommended for Creative Briefs.
