Managing multiple UGC accounts across regions, brands, or teams? With Group Tile Copy Automation, you can now set up smart rules that automatically copy tiles from one account to another based on tags.
This feature is ideal for teams working across multiple UGC accounts who want central visibility and access to all curated content—without duplicating manual effort.
What Are Group Tile Copy Rules?
Group Tile Copy Rules let Group Admins define tag-based automation that copies tiles from one account to another automatically. This ensures that:
Content tagged in one account appears in other relevant accounts.
Teams maintain local curation control while contributing to a global content pool
Everyone has access to the best UGC, no matter where it originated
Access & Permissions
✅ Who can create rules? Only users with Group Admin access can create rules. But any user can see the tiles that have been copied.
How to Set Up Tile Copy Automation
1. Go to the Rules Overview Page
Navigate to Tools and select the Tile Copy Rules section.
This section is only visible if this account is part of a Stack Group and you are a Group Admin
2. Create a New Rule
Click “+ Create New Rule”
Name your rule (e.g., "Holiday Content to Global Stack")
Select:
Tag trigger – which tag(s) activates the copy (e.g.,
#holiday2025)Destination Stack(s) – where the tile should be copied to
Click Save
Once created, the rule will automatically apply to:
Any new tiles tagged accordingly
Any existing tiles with that tag. If multiple tags selected any tag with 1 or more of those tags will be copied.
3. Manage Existing Rules
From the Rules Overview Page, you can:
🔄 Edit a rule’s name, logic, or destinations
⏸️ Deactivate a rule temporarily (great for seasonal campaigns)
🗑️ Delete outdated rules entirely
🔍 Search & sort to audit rules quickly
Tile Traceability
Once a tile is copied:
In the original tile, you’ll see the destination stack, and triggering rule
In the destination stack, you can also filter tiles that have been copied from other stacks directly on the Curate view:
Best Practices
Use unique tags per campaign to keep automation precise
Regularly review and clean up rules to avoid overlaps
Keep your team informed of active automation so no one is surprised by copied content

What if two rules are triggered by the same tag?
Both rules will execute. Be mindful of overlapping logic.
Are tags case-sensitive?
Yes, make sure tags are consistently applied across teams.
Can I undo an automated copy?
Not automatically, but you can delete the tile from the destination stack manually.
