Once you have requested to claim a user's content through the Curate > Content area, they will receive a notification on their respective social accounts.

Below are the steps that a user will see/take to hand over their rights:

A user will receive a notification mentioning that someone has commented on their post. This comment will display your customized claims request including the approval hashtag and your account @.

If the user wishes to accept, they simply need to add a comment including the approval hashtag and your account @ for the request to be successful.

🔁 Next Step: Once the user comments with the correct hashtag + account @, the content will be automatically marked as "rights approved" within your Nosto account. This means it will also become available in your Assets section for usage across your channels. (there are some exceptions to this with video, where the original video cannot be downloaded from Instagram and saved in the Asset Manager)

A user will receive a notification mentioning that someone has replied to their Tweet. This Tweet will contain your customized claims request including the approval hashtag.

If the user wishes to accept, they simply need to reply including the approval hashtag for the request to be successful.

🔁 Next Step: Just like with Instagram, once the user replies with the approval hashtag, the content is automatically marked as "rights approved" and added to your Assets section.
