Sometimes when you ingest a piece of content from Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, the avatar may appear broken within your account.
This has occurred because the original avatar, which was associated with the Tile, has been changed on the respective Social Network.
To address this issue, follow the instructions below:
Go to Curate > Content
Locate a post you you wish to fix the Avatar on
Select the More button and from the overflow menu select Update Thumbnail
UGC will call the respective Social Network and update the Thumbnail associated with that particular tile.
