Sometimes you may find that some of your aggregated content is not relevant to your campaign's needs.

When this happens you may wish to remove the individual post or if you find that the irrelevant content is coming from a certain user you can ban or blacklist them. Note: banning only works for posts that include the Instagram username on the aggregated post.

Block from Managing Content

Alternatively, if you simply wish to remove this content from within your account and block it from within the Manage Content Screen.

To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to Curate > Content

  2. Locate a post from the Content Creator that you wish to Ban

  3. Click on the More button, and select Inappropriate Content from the overflow menu

From here you will be presented with a Modal to Remove the Content and/or Ban the User

Block at the Term Level

If you happen to know the Twitter or Instagram Term that is currently Aggregating the respective content, you can add this user's handle to a Blacklist.

To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to Aggregate > Manage Terms

  2. Locate the Term and Select Edit

  3. Click on the Advanced Tab

  4. Add the respective User Name under the Blacklist section
