You can bulk-create new product tags or update existing tags using the CSV import process.

Bulk upload new product tags:

If you would like to add multiple tags in one go simply follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Engage > Commerce tab.

  2. If you don't have any tags already created, start by creating a single Tag using the Visual UGC UI. Otherwise, skip this step.

  3. Click Export Product Tags to download a pre-configured CSV file.

  4. Edit the CSV file to add new products (review the available columns & supported values here)

  5. Please make sure you leave the Tag ID field blank.

  6. Select Import Product Tags > Append or Update existing list

  7. Click Choose File to locate your file

  8. Click Submit. Your tags will then be added to your Social Commerce table in the Visual UGC UI.
