Permission Types:

Permissions on Creative Briefs defines which Advocates are eligible to take part in a particular Brief that has been created by a brand.

Creative Briefs have two permission settings, Private (default) and Public.

Private Briefs are 'Invite Only' briefs, meaning an Advocate needs to be invited in order to participate, whilst Public Briefs are eligible for all Advocates within a Brand's community, regardless of whether they have been invited or not.

Set the Permissions for a Brief:

To set the permissions for a Brief, simply select the Lock icon in the top right hand corner of the Brief Builder.

This will load a modal where you can simply select either Public or Private and then Save to apply the settings.

Note: The Permissions for a Brief can be changed at any time, however if a Brief was originally set to Public, any Advocates who have submitted to the Brief will still be eligible to see it after it has been made Private.
