Submissions to Creative Briefs can between one to four of the following media types:

  • Image

  • Video

  • Audio

  • Text

For each of the Media Types, there are a range of settings which can be customised by the brand to ensure all submissions are as close to the brand's requirements as possible. Outlined below are the various settings for each Media Type:

Images:

  • Enable User Generated Caption: Add the ability for Advocates to add a description / caption to their respective Submission.

    • Caption Maximum Length: Define the maximum number of characters / words for their User Generated Caption

  • Specify Orientation: Define what orientations you would like Advocates to submit their Images in (Note: This will provide a recommendation and not enforce submission orientation)

Video:

  • Video Maximum Duration: Define the maximum number of minutes / seconds a Video submission can be.

  • Enable User Generated Caption: Add the ability for Advocates to add a description / caption to their respective Submission.

    • Caption Maximum Length: Define the maximum number of characters / words for their User Generated Caption.

Audio:

  • Enable User Generated Caption: Add the ability for Advocates to add a description / caption to their respective Submission.

    • Caption Maximum Length: Define the maximum number of characters / words for their User Generated Caption.

Text:

  • Text Settings: Define the maximum number of characters / words for a submission.
