The Advocate Community Portal is the public-facing part of the Nosto Organic Advocate offering and is where your Advocates will connect and engage with your brand for various Creative Briefs.
Stackla offers the ability for brands to customize the automated emails sent from the Organic Advocates Community Portal.
To customize the email templates, navigate to Settings > Community Settings and go to Section 3, titled Customise your Community Emails
Within this section, there is a full HTML editor and a Preview section to see the changes you have implemented. Brands have full control over the respective Emails and can change any of the HTML elements in the code.
The Email templates that can be customized are:
Welcome Email: Email sent to Advocates when they first register.
Invited to Brand Email: Email sent to Advocates when they are invited to a Creative Brief
Brief Ending Email: Email sent to Advocates when a Creative Brief is ending soon
Brief Removed Email: Email sent to Advocates when a Creative Brief is removed
Submission Approved Email: Email sent to Advocates once their submission has been approved.
Emails can support the injection of dynamic fields. Some of the supported fields include:
#{{advocate_first_name}} : First name of the Connected Advocate
#{{advocate_last_name}} : Last name of the Connected Advocate
#{{brand_name}}: The brand name as defined in Section 1 of Community Settings
#{{brand_logo_url}}: The brand logo as defined in Section 1 of Community Settings
#{{link_to_portal}}: The URL to the Brand's Advocate Portal
#{{refer_content_creator_as}}: The referral name for Advocates as defined in Section 1 of Community Settings
#{{brief_name}} : The name of the Creative Brief
#{{brief_media_url}} : Feature image for the Creative Brief
#{{stack_name}} : The Stack short name (ie. #{{stack_name}}.stackla.social)
Users can flip between the two sections to see the changes they have made. Upon Save being hit, all future emails generated will have the customized Email template.
