At the top of the Curate > Manage Content you'll notice the cog icon at the top of your icon.

When this is clicked the drop-down menu will appear and you will have the option for Live updates as appears below.

When this option is selected, new content will arrive immediately into the moderation queue, without the need for a page refresh.
