Yes, you can change your Billing details anytime you want. Any changes you make during a month, will be applied from next invoice forward. Eg. if you change your Billing details, like contact email, on the 15th of February – you will receive the February Invoice with the new details on it.

Billing details are configured under billing configuration on the Nosto web-admin.
