On certain occasions, you might notice that some Instagram posts for which you have requested the rights via response have been approved by the content creator but are still marked as rights requested in Nosto.
There are multiple reasons why this might happen so, we have listed below the main causes to help you troubleshoot.
Common Reasons:
The Media is Private
On certain occasions, Instagram users might limit the ability of their content to be used outside Instagram by disabling the option for the media to be embedded, this will limit Nosto's ability to access the media via API.
You can follow the steps below to validate if that might be the case:
Login to Instagram
Go to a Post and click the ... on the right top corner
Select the Embed option
Note that the Copy Embed Code is disabled
