Rights via Registration: How to Approve Content from Your Owned Pinterest Account

When ingesting content for your own Pinterest account into Nosto, you might still want to mark your tiles as rights approved, this is also a necessary step if you are looking to use Pinterest content in your product recommendation campaigns.

Below we have listed the steps you will need to follow:

  • Go to UGC Monitoring > Curation > Content

  • Find the Pinterest post you want to approve and click the ... button

  • Then click Rights by Registration

  • this will open a modal for the rights request, in there, just copy the link shown and open a new tab with the link

  • This will ask you to approve the rights, click the Approve button

  • Then you choose to either enter your Pinterest Account name or user handle, they need to be entered exactly as they are shown in Pinterest (case-sensitive)

  • Tick the T&C field

  • Click the Verify button

  • Once you go back to Nosto, you will notice that the tile will be marked with a Rights Approved tag
