Clients who wish to aggregate content from an Instagram Business Account which they Administer can do so by creating an Instagram Business Posts Term in Nosto.
To create an Instagram Business Term, navigate to UGC Monitoring > Discovery > Terms > Create Term and select the Instagram icon from the list of Networks.
From here, type in your search term (Instagram handle, hashtag, etc.)
You can then select the Business Posts Term you'd like to preview, and finish the term configuration before saving!
Once configured, Nosto will start to ingest content from the Instagram Business Account page.
If you are aggregating from an Instagram Business Account which you also administer, Nosto will also be able to ingest any content where your Business Handle has been mentioned or tagged - you can do this using the term type called Business Mention or Business Tagged Photos
