Stackla's Create Tile functionality allows direct aggregation from a range of networks, direct content upload from your own library, and the building of completely custom tiles via HTML. The three different methods are outlined below.

Via URL

  1. Locate the URL of a post on a supported network

  2. Add the URL and click Generate

  3. A preview of the post will appear to confirm that the tile can be aggregated into Stackla

  4. To further personalise this tile, click on “Show Advanced Options” to enable additional functionality:

    1. Add Tags – label this tile to locate and display it

    2. Moderation - choose to instantly publish your post, or set it to Queue for now

    3. Add Schedule – use this option to display your tile for a set period of time

  5. Click on Create Tile to add the content


Via manual data entry

  1. Discover > Create Tile

  2. From the options above, select Enter Data.

  3. Use the table below to enter in any data that you wish to appear on the tile (i.e. Avatar, Display Name, Images, Title, Caption).

  4. Click browse to upload an image, or drag your image file into the uploader box. NOTE: Max Image size is 25mb.

  5. Optionally enable interactive elements such as Likes, Dislikes and Comments

  6. Optionally include:

    1. Share text – customise the description that is used when sharing this post across other social channels

    2. Click-through URL – Add in a destination URL

    3. Add Tags – label this tile to locate and display it (recommended)

    4. Moderation - choose to instantly Publish your post, or set it to Queue for now. NOTE: Publish is selected by default.

    5. Add Schedule – use this option to display your tile for a set period of time

  7. Click on Create Tile to save your new content!


Via HTML

  1. Use the table below to enter in any data that you wish to appear on the tile (i.e. Avatar, Display Name, Images, Title, Caption).

  2. Enter your HTML code into the space provided to build your custom tile (e.g. an embed code for Youtube).

  3. Optionally enable interactive elements such as Likes, Dislikes and Comments

  4. Optionally include:

    1. Aspect Ratio - set a specific aspect ration to ensure that the tile size is rendered as expected

    2. Share text – customise the description that is used when sharing this post across other social channels

    3. Click-through URL – Add in a destination URL

    4. Add Tags – label this tile to locate and display it (recommended)

    5. Moderation - choose to instantly Publish your post, or set it to Queue for now. NOTE: Publish is selected by default.

    6. Add Schedule – use this option to display your tile for a set period of time

  5. Click on Create Tile to save your new content!
