How to disconnect my social account(s) from Nosto's UGC

If you need to remove any User, App, or Page Token from Nosto:

  • Navigate to UGC Settings > Social Tokens

  • You can then click Disconnect on the respective Accounts you no longer want to be associated with.


As an alternative, you can remove your accounts directly from each social account.

Instagram:

  1. Log in to your Instagram account and click on More > Settings

  2. Click on Your App and Media > Website Permissions

  3. Click on Apps and Website

  4. There will be a section called Stackla, click on Revoke Access to remove the Instagram account from Stackla.

Facebook:

  1. Log in to your Facebook page and click on your username

  2. Click Settings & Privacy > Settings

  3. Click on Apps and websites (located on the left-hand side)

  4. You will notice that a Nosto icon with the Stackla name will appear at the top of the page

  5. Hover over the icon and click on the 'x' to remove the access.

Note, if these options do not appear then your account has not been connected.
