You may find that your company is having a re-brand, meaning that the names of your social pages and also hashtags might need to change too.

To ensure the correct content is aggregated into Nosto, we will need to create new terms.

To do this you should deactivate the terms within the UGC Account which will are no longer relevant. To deactivate a term, follow these steps.

- Go to Manage Terms

- Select the term(s) you would like to deactivate

- Select the option to deactivate the term. This will then stop the term from aggregating any further content.

From here you will then need to create new terms to start aggregating content from the new re-branded social pages.

Along with the re-brand, you may wish to add a new tag to group the new re-branded content, you will need to do this when creating the first term. This tag can be added to any future terms that you create.

After you have completed these steps, create a new filter to combine the content from your new terms.

You can then use this on your official widget/event screen. This will show content from the new terms you have created.

For any further questions or queries, please send an email to support@nosto.com and our support team will get back to you.
