Geo-radius is available on Instagram and Twitter. The following information will provide you with a better understanding of each network's capabilities.
Instagram Requirements
Instagram supports a maximum radius of 5km (3mi).
Ability to use the option, "Add to Photo Map".
Twitter Requirements
Twitter can support a maximum radius of 40km (25mi).
Requires a user to ‘Add Location’ to a tweet.

Unfortunately, even though other social networks (Flickr, Google+, YouTube) use geo-tagging, we cannot support them at this time as we don't receive location information from them.
