Yes, you definitely can. Ingesting your Twitter list is a quick way of creating multiple terms.

To ingest your Twitter list you'll need to go to Aggregate > Manage Terms within the admin page.

You'll have a button called Create from Twitter List. Once you click on the button you'll see the following screen.

Enter your Twitter list URL and click on Find.

It will load up each user on your list and you'll need to select them using the checkbox on the left-hand side as below.

Once you click on Create as new Terms it will save them and then automatically load up the Manage Terms screen with your newly created terms.

These terms are not automatically set to ingest content so you'll need to click on Edit and tick the checkbox for Ingest this content for it to start ingesting.
