The Stackla Email plugin allows marketers to integrate UGC into email campaigns. To reasons for using this feature:

  • Create static images of Tile content rendered as if in a Widget

  • Automatically refresh static images with the latest content

  • Paste into any email platform

  • Vanity URL for ease of recognition in the email platform and personalization

Gettings Started:

  1. Plugins > Email > Install

  2. Engage > Emails > Create New Campaign

  3. By default, the Settings tab will open. Enter a name for reference purposes, and select a Filter to determine the type of content that you would like to display.

  4. Once you've completed the Settings tab, select Preview to review the content for your email.

  5. You can use the Appearance Tab for out-of-box styling or the Custom Code Editor to fully customize the layout.

  6. Once complete, select View Tiles to receive the embed details for each tile.

When to use HTML embed

In cases where you wish to embed the image into your email, you will need to use the HTML embed code.

However, please note - that particular older generation email clients may not support the HTML embed as expected.

When to use the link

In cases where you wish to display the tile in an `<img>` tag, or if you wish to redirect a user to the image, you will need to use the link.

An example of utilizing this may be (replace YOUR-URL-HERE) with the link from the Visual UGC email tile: `<img src='YOUR-URL-HERE'/>`

This would display a full-size image of the tile in the email.
