What browser(s) should I run my Event Screen on?

Stackla Event Screens templates are optimised to run on the latest versions of Google Chrome. Stackla recommends using, "Hide Tool bar in full screen mode" within the browser when running. (Firefox does not have presentation mode, and as such isn't supported). Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera are currently not supported by Stackla for the purposes of running an event screen.

What resolutions will my Event Screen work best on?

Stackla Event Screens templates are optimised to be shown on Full High Definition screens (1080p), in a landscape orientation (16:10 aspect ratio).

Event Screens templates may run on other screen configurations, however Stackla recommends that you test the screen first.

If you require assistance using a different resolution, or require Stackla to customise one of the templates to work on your screen configuration, please don't hesitate to contact your Customer Success Manager for scoping and a quote.

Do I need Internet access to run my Event Screen?

Yes, Stackla Event Screens are accessed via an Internet URL, and you will need Internet Access in order to load up and continue running your screen.

What type of Computer do I need to run my Event Screen?

Stackla Event Screens should work on most common modern desktop and laptop devices (usually up to 2 years old, but may function fine with older models). Stackla does not support running Event Screens on devices such as Smart TV Browsers, Tablets, Smartphones, etc.

For any further questions or queries, please send an email to support@stackla.com or submit a request and our support team will get back to you.
