To add a custom header into your screens you will need to add the following code in the Header and Custom CSS tabs.

NOTE - You cannot add this type of custom header into a mosaic screen.

In the custom header field add:

Where "ImageURL" is added to the URL for the image you'd like to use.

In the custom CSS field add:
