  • Ad Zone : Define Ad Zone in Slot Path

  • Ad Unit Size : Size of Ad Display (Width x Height)

  • Default Target Parameter / Slug : Fallback target parameter / slug to render if Tiles does not have a Tag associated.

  • Ad Tag ID : Define Target Class name

  • Clicks to render Ad : Defines how many Tiles an end-user needs to click on before they are presented with an Ad

Once configured, these settings will propagate across all Stackla Widgets.

From here, you can either Disable the Widget by unticking the Enable for this Widget option, or you can apply custom settings for the Widget by selecting Customise Google Ads.

Settings you can customise on a Widget by Widget basis are:

  • Ad Zone : Define Ad Zone in Slot Path

  • Ad Tag ID : Define Ad Tag ID in Slot Path

  • Default Target Parameter / Slug : Fallback target parameter / slug to render if Tiles does not have a Tag associated.

  • Ad Unit Size : Size of Ad Display (Width x Height)

  • Clicks to render Ad : Defines how many Tiles an end-user needs to click on before they are presented with an Ad

Rendering the Ads:
The Ad Units will automatically appear on the Widget after the Google Ads for Widget plugin has been configured. The Ad Units will appear after the end user completes the number of defined clicks on the Widget by either Expanding Tiles or using the Preview / Next actions.

The Ad will use the first Tag associated with the Tile to render the Ad Unit. If there is no Tag associated with the Tile, it will use the Default Target Parameter as defined in the Plugin.
