We use asynchronous script loading which means that Nosto won’t prevent your page from displaying in case we are down.

We also load the script to a separate window object to make sure we don’t interrupt your normal operation or make your page look like its missing something. The elements below in layout will simply take the place of our elements.

The worst case scenario therefore is, in case Nosto is down for any reason, that our recommendation elements won’t show and features will be disabled, but your online store is operational and customers can carry on shopping.
