How to use the Individual Email Campaign Analytics Report

Requirements: Google Analytics 4 plugin installed and configured


If you embed tiles in email campaigns before enabling the Google Analytics 4 plugin, they will not be automatically tracked. You will need to re-embed the Tiles after the tracking is enabled. Please take a look at our UGC TechDocs.

Use the Individual Campaign Analytics Report to determine particular Email Campaigns' performance and commerce metrics.

How can I use this report?

  • Summary: Understand the performance of the Campaign for each interaction tracked.

  • Campaign Interactions: Understand how many users have interacted with the email campaign over time.

How to get started?

There are two ways you can access an Individual Campaign Analytics Report:

Option 1:

  • Go to UGC Publisher Center > Touchpoints > Email.

  • Click > in the Actions column.

  • Click Analytics

Option 2:

  • Go to UGC Analytics > Email.

  • In the Campaigns section > Click View Details in one of the Campaigns
