In order to aggregate any Instagram content, you will first need to Connect Facebook & Instagram Accounts to Nosto.
NOTE: The following process simply follows the Facebook Authentication process. Before you begin, please ensure that your Instagram Account is a Business Account and has been connected to a Facebook Page. To find out how to do this, click here
To connect social accounts to UGC follow these steps:
Log in to Nosto
Click UGC Settings > Social Tokens from the main navigation menu
Click Connect Facebook and Instagram Accounts and follow the prompts of Facebook's authentication process, to connect your available tokens to your account.
Once the steps above are completed please ensure that the connections list within your stack always includes a Facebook User Account, as well as any of your desired Facebook Page/Instagram Business accounts.
You may also see relevant prompts in various places across your account, when you have not previously connected your social accounts or when your UGC account is unable to detect a working connection.
