In order to maintain key functionalities, responsiveness and design elements, we recommend using a Stackla Widget instead of an iFrame.

If you choose to use an iFrame then you may encounter the following issues:

  • Mobile browsers don't allow scrolling within the iframe format so it will load Stackla at its full height (approximate height minimum of 1200 pixels).

  • The mobile optimised functionality of the Stackla site such as pull to refresh will not work.

  • Some functionality such as loading images may render incorrectly.

If you'd like to further customise your widget for a mobile version click here for instructions. To find out more about creating and customising your Widgets click here.

For any further questions or queries, please send an email to support@stackla.com or submit a request and our support team will get back to you.
