Requirement: Google Analytics 4 plugin installed and configured
If you embed tiles in email campaigns before enabling the Google Analytics 4 plugin, they will not be automatically tracked. You will need to re-embed the Tiles after the tracking is enabled. Please take a look at our Developer Portal guide.
The Email Dashboard gives customers an overview of their web traffic associated with Email Campaigns containing UGC content.
How can I use this report?
Traffic Overview: Learn how many users have seen your email campaign compared with many users have been exposed to all your UGC widgets and Email campaigns
Campaigns: Gain insight into the performance of your email campaigns by analyzing their interactions and tile displays. You can sort top and lower performers based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
Tiles: Gain insight into your email campaigns' performance by analyzing your content's effectiveness. You can sort top and lower performers based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
How to get started?
Go to Analyze > Email.
Select the date range you want to analyze.
In the Campaigns and Email Tiles, you can select the field Sort By to view the data based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
Use the Order by field to see the top and bottom performers based on the metric selected.

Email Metrics Glossary:
Report | Metric | Description |
Traffic Overview | All UGC | Number of web users who have been on a page where a UGC widget was loaded during the selected period & data stream |
Traffic Overview | UGC Email Campaign | Number of users (unique IP) who have loaded an Email campaign during the selected period & data stream |
Campaigns | Email Tile Loads | Number of times Tiles in the Email Campaign were loaded in the selected Campaign during the selected period & data stream |
Campaigns | Email Tile Clicks | Number of times Tiles in the Email campaign were clicked during the selected period & data stream |
Email Tiles | Email Tile Loads | Number of times the Email Tile was loaded during the selected period & data stream |
Email Tiles | Email Tile Clicks | Number of times the Email Tile was clicked during the selected period & data stream |
