The Performance dashboard provides customers with an overview of their web traffic associated with Visual UGC.
How can I use this report?
Traffic Overview: Find out the number of web users who visited a webpage with a UGC widget.
User Statistics: Gain insight into the number of users, new users, sessions, page views, average session duration, average pages per session, and bounce rate of visitors who accessed a page with a UGC widget.
Terms: Understand how different terms perform on your website based on the tiles published in your widgets. You can sort top and lower performers based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
Tags: Understand how different tags perform on your website based on the tiles published in your widgets. You can sort top and lower performers based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
Tiles: Understand what content performs better based on the widgets published on your website. You can sort top and lower performers based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
Widgets: Understand which widgets perform better based on the interactions with the widgets and their tiles. You can sort top and lower performers based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
How to get started?
Go to Analyze > Performance.
Select the Data Stream you want to analyze if you have more than one Data Stream configured in Visual UGC.
Select the date range you want to analyze.
In the Terms, Tags, Tiles, and Widgets, you can select the field Sort By to view the data based on the metrics that matter the most to you.
Use the Order by field to see the top and bottom performers based on the metric selected.
